Hi Jay,
I will take him and foster or adopt him.  He must go thru my trainer's training program to overcome his issues with other dogs, because I have another male Corso in the home.  If we can figure out a way to get him from PA to Denver, CO, I'll take him.  Contact me thru this site.

He's a handsome big boy! What happened to his eye? Sad
good luck finding him a home.

We think is was from some prior injury.  He can see fine and does not appear to display and vision problems.  Can anyone help this guy, he just really needs to get into a foster home.

This is Max, he is a 5 year old black male.  Max is a really cool Corso and really needs a foster home if not a foever home.  Max was a surrender but you would never know it as he is super affectionate.  I first met Max at the Big Paws Big Hearts Silent Auction, my wife really fell in love with him.  I brought him home for a few days to give him a break from kennel life.  He got along great with everyone and did just wonderful with my kids.  He is a big attention hog.  Max would do great with a foster/owner that is a confident pack leader.  He needs rules and directions and actualy enjoys them.  He responds very well to corrections and directions.  His "issue" is other dogs.  When he is in close proximity to other dogs, Max gets super excited to a point where he does not know how to act.  He is getting better as people are working with him daily.  Due to this he would do best in an home without dogs or cats.  I can guarentee you Max would make the best best friend anyone could ever ask for.  If you would like information on Max please contact Big Paws Big Hearts Cane Corso Rescue via website www.bigpawsbigheartsrescue.com or call 610-400-1135.  You can also post any inquires here and I can help you the best I can.
